In class last week we were learning about similes so here's a simile poem by me

I am as ….

Quick as a bolt of lightning

Slow as the slowest turtle

Happy as a puppy dog

Nice as a delicate voice

Cold as a frozen lake

Hot as a hot dog

Strong as My dad

Loud as a Kaka beak plant

Quiet as 10 million people

Tough as a grown man

Gentle as a soft rug

Brave as a Soldier

Wild as a pack of wolves

Lazy as a slug

Busy as a buzzing bee

Put it all together and you’ve got crazy Julia!

We are learning about our past heroes

In kauri for 6 weeks we have been working on heroes in the history, my person is Marie Curie. Sadly her husband died by being ran over by a cartwheel. But she's still as interesting as I don't know maybe Kate Sheppard. Anywho hope you enjoy !!!!!!
